General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all consulting services offered by Alexander Bravos in the field of psychological counseling and coaching.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract for the use of my services is concluded when a booking or an appointment is made by email, telephone or online form and is confirmed by me.

3. Prices & Payment Conditions

  • Prices: The prices for the consulting services are stated on my website or have been agreed individually.

  • Payment: Payment for services is made according to the agreed method, usually by bank transfer or PayPal (if offered). Payment must be made before the first session or as agreed individually.

4. Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation of appointments: Cancellation of appointments is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

  • Short-term cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or do not show up, the full fee will be charged.

5. Disclaimer

  • Counseling vs. psychotherapy: My psychological counseling is not psychotherapy in the sense of the Psychotherapists Act (PsychThG). The counseling is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and I accept no liability for health or financial decisions that the client makes as a result of the counseling.

  • Contractual agreement: After the initial meeting, I send the client a consulting contract, which must be signed by both parties before the consultation begins in full. If the contract is returned signed, the collaboration officially begins.
